Risti joined Televisi UI, community television in Universitas Indonesia, as a Production Assistant

Risti was entrusted to become the head of Makeup and Wardrobe division in Televisi UI

Risti was given another opportunity to do an intern in NET TV in the production division, as a creative team in Pagi Pagi program

Risti got her first job as a Junior Creative Producer in a digital media agency called MOVIO Kreasi Indonesia. She handled projects from AIA, BCA, and Mandiri

Risti worked as part of the Creative Team in Indonesian Television Channel, Rajawali Televisi, for 3 different programs. Child edutainment, variety show, and philanthropy show

Risti worked as a creative staff in another digital media agency called Media Historia Indonesia. She handled projects from Djarum

Risti got a scholarship from the Indonesian government to get her master’s degree at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, USA. Her mayor was Film and Media, concentrating in Writing for Film and Television

Currently Risti is back in Jakarta, Indonesia, preparing to make more independent short films for Indonesian audience
